Choose the butcher shop you would like to butcher your beef/pork.
Check out on website. We will email an electronic invoice to you. You will be able to pay online with credit/debit or paypal.
All orders are custom (you tell the butcher shop thickness and flavor of sausage)
Call the shop on your butcher date with instructions.
Pick up your custom order at the butcher shop when it is done.
